  2. Solution Design Plan:
    • Based on the consultation, we’ll prepare a detailed solution design plan tailored to your needs, covering web design, digital marketing strategies, and more.
  3. Approval of Solution Design:
    • Review the solution design plan and provide your feedback. Once you’re satisfied, approve the plan so we can move forward with the project.
  4. Project Development:
    • Our team will begin working on your project, ensuring all aspects—from web development to digital marketing—are executed with precision and quality.
  5. Initial Design and Marketing Strategy:
    • Once the initial design and marketing strategies are ready, you will receive an email with a link to review and provide feedback on the work.
  6. Review and Approval:
    • Review the initial work. If revisions are needed, let us know, and we will make the necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
  7. Payment Process:
    • Once you approve the work, we will proceed with the payment process. For projects over $3,000, a 30% deposit is required upon approval of the solution design plan. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  8. Revisions:
    • If further revisions are needed after the initial design, we will make them based on your feedback. Note that any work beyond the scope of the initial plan will be charged at $45/hour.
  9. Final Approval, Launch, and Legal Review:
    • After final approval, we will publish your website and implement the agreed-upon digital marketing strategies. Your website is now ready to go live!
    • Legal Compliance: It is the customer’s responsibility to consult with their legal advisor to ensure that all website content, including wording and the products or services offered, complies with all relevant laws and regulations. Vesqaro is not responsible for the legality of the content provided by the customer.
    • Licensed Media: All images, videos, and other media provided by Vesqaro are fully licensed for use on your website. This ensures that you can confidently use these resources without worrying about copyright issues.

Domain

  • Using Your Own Domain: Customers have the option to use their own existing domain name.
  • Free Subdomain: If you don’t have a domain, we can provide a complimentary subdomain (e.g., yourSubDomainName.vesqaro.com).
  • Domain Purchase on Your Behalf:
    • If you prefer, we can purchase a domain name on your behalf. With this service, we include basic free administrative support for your domain, such as setting DNS records and updating nameservers.

Maintenance

We offer comprehensive maintenance services to keep your website running smoothly. Our maintenance package includes:

  • WordPress Admin Management: Ongoing management of your WordPress dashboard to ensure everything is running efficiently.
  • Updates: Regular updates for WordPress core, themes, and plugins to keep your website secure and up-to-date.
  • Bug Fixes: Swift resolution of any issues or bugs, particularly for custom web development projects.
  • Daily Health Check-ups: Monitoring of your website’s performance and overall health on a daily basis.
  • Daily Backups: Secure daily backups with a 7-day history, ensuring your data is protected and easily restorable.

Support

  • Email Support: All plans include comprehensive email support for your convenience.
  • Customer Service Requests: Requests such as updating a domain name, changing colors, or updating images will be efficiently handled through email. Please reach out with your specific needs, and we’ll take care of them promptly.

Warranty

While your subscription plan is active, your website is fully covered under our warranty. This ensures that any issues arising from our development work are promptly addressed, giving you peace of mind knowing your website is in good hands.

Ownership

  • Full Website Ownership: The customer retains 100% ownership of the website.
  • Limited Sublicense for Resources: All resources provided by Vesqaro, including but not limited to images, videos, fonts, and other media, are provided under a Limited Sublicense. This means that while you have permission to use these resources as part of your website, you are not permitted to modify them or use them for any other projects or services outside of what Vesqaro has created for you.
  • Post-Transfer Use of Resources: In the event that you decide to transfer your website to another provider or manage it independently, you may continue to use these resources as they are. However, you may not modify them or repurpose them for any other websites, projects, or services.

Transfer

  1. Transfer Request Process:
    • To initiate a transfer request, please send an official email to our transfer team at [insert email address]. Be sure to include all necessary details pertaining to the transfer.
  2. Information Sharing:
    • For a smooth transfer, it’s important to communicate directly with your new service provider. Ensure that you obtain and share all specific information required from Vesqaro to complete the transfer successfully.
  3. Subscriptions:
    • Once the transfer is complete, you will assume responsibility for all subscriptions necessary for the continued functionality of your website. For example, tools like Elementor Pro require active subscriptions to maintain their advanced features. As part of the transfer, you will be granted full admin rights to the WordPress dashboard, giving you complete control over the website.

Cancellation

Customers have the flexibility to cancel their subscriptions at any time without incurring additional charges. In the event of a cancellation, the following process will be implemented:

  1. User Role Adjustment and Content Access:
    • WordPress Websites: Upon cancellation, your user role will transition to “Administrator.” This change grants you the necessary permissions to manage your website effectively using the WordPress platform.
    • Custom Web Development Projects: For custom web development projects, you will receive a link to download a ZIP file containing all the resources used to run your website. This ensures you retain access to all necessary files and assets associated with your project.
  2. Website Content Retention:
    • All website content associated with the cancelled subscription will be retained in our system for a period of 30 days from the cancellation date.
  3. Permanent Deletion:
    • After the 30-day retention period, all website content will be permanently deleted from our system. This includes any data, files, or information associated with the cancelled subscription.

Refund Policy

    • Receiving a refund for a project will result in the cancellation of all services related to that project, including development, hosting, email accounts, and any other associated services.
