  7. Extra Work:
    • We charge $45/hour for any extra work that is not part of the package.
  8. Approval and Publication:

    • Approve the final version, and we will publish your website.
  9. Website Ready:

    • Your website is now ready!


  • Customers may use their own domain name.
  • For those without a domain, a no-cost subdomain will be provided (e.g.,

    • With this option, we offer basic free admin services for the domain, including setting DNS records and changing Nameservers.


We handle the following aspects as part of our maintenance services:

  • WordPress admin management.
  • WordPress, theme, and plug-ins updates.
  • Daily backups with a 7-day history.


  • All plans include basic email support.
  • Some plans offer priority support via email.
  • Customer service requests, such as updating a domain name, changing colors, or updating an image, will be handled through email.

While your subscription plan is active, our websites are always under warranty. 


The customer retains 100% ownership of the website.


  1. Transfer Request Process:

    • Customers are welcome to initiate a transfer request by sending an official email to our designated support address. Please include the necessary details pertaining to the transfer.
  2. Information Sharing:

    • To facilitate a seamless transfer process, customers are advised to communicate directly with the new service provider. Obtain and share the specific information required from Vesqaro to complete the transfer successfully.
  3. Email Request Requirement:

    • Kindly note that all transfer requests must be submitted via email. This formal method of communication ensures accuracy and clarity in processing your request.
  4. Subscriptions:
    • Upon transfer, customers assume responsibility for all subscriptions essential for the functioning of the website. For instance, tools like Elementor Pro require active subscriptions to utilize their advanced features. The customer will be granted admin rights to the WordPress dashboard, providing full control over the website.


Customers have the flexibility to cancel their subscriptions at any time without incurring additional charges. In the event of a cancellation, the following process will be implemented:

  1. User Role Adjustment:

    • Upon cancellation, customers’ user roles will transition to “administrator.” This transition grants them the necessary permissions to manage their website effectively using the WordPress platform.
  2. Website Content Deletion:

    • It is important to note that all website content associated with the cancelled subscription will be retained in our system for a period of 30 days from the cancellation date.
  3. Permanent Deletion:

    • After the 30-day retention period, all website content will be permanently deleted from our system. This includes any data, files, or information associated with the cancelled subscription.
